Lauren Holverson, MBA
Founder & Marketing Consultant
Lauren began her career conducting market research and advising small businesses in Alabama. After graduating from the University of Montevallo, Lauren became the Marketing Specialist for a property management firm in Atlanta.
Her love for learning drove her to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Shortly after receiving her MBA, Lauren began managing The Burson Center under the guidance of Carroll Tomorrow and the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce. The Burson Center is a small business incubator that supports start-up companies. She worked with a variety of industries, including healthcare, construction, professional services, technology, and more.
With Lauren’s expertise and passion for small business, the center reached numerous milestones. In 2016, a record number of businesses graduated from the program, and the center experienced tremendous growth. Lauren worked with entrepreneurs to fill knowledge gaps and build strong foundations for success. She assisted entrepreneurs with business plans, marketing initiatives, employee development, and more. Before leaving The Burson Center, she aided in the grand opening of a makerspace for makers across West Georgia.
After hearing from small businesses around the Atlanta area, Lauren decided to start consulting small businesses and nonprofits. Her goal is to provide marketing expertise and coaching to growing businesses.
Lauren, her husband, and cats live in the metro Atlanta area. Together they enjoy remodeling projects, walks in the park, and vacationing in Hawaii.
Ryan graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in computer engineering. He has decades of experience in website development, coding, information technology, organizational processes, and more. Ryan’s analytical abilities are useful in assisting small businesses with their technology and virtual needs.
Ryan currently works for a large corporation assisting companies in the medical, banking, and education sectors. In his spare time, Ryan provides his expertise to small businesses in the Atlanta area. He is an Excel expert and holds various certifications, including Network+ Security.
Ryan enjoys traveling and watching movies, both at home and in the theater. Ryan also has an impressive Snoopy collection.
